Gorgeously presented avocado toast uses ethically sourced, organic pickled mustard, serrano peppers, crunchy mung beans and beet spirals. The activated-charcoal Belgian waffle is finished with date-coconut cream and housemade granola.
The spectacular Infinite Kitchen technology showcased at Fashion Island’s new Sweetgreen brings ingenious automation to hands-on prep and finishing for a faster, higher-quality experience. Plant-forward dishes are as diverse as Maple-Glazed Brussels + Chicken and the Shroomami bowl with portobello and roasted tofu. The supply chain is posted, spotlighting local farmers, growers and artisans.
Enjoy on-the-moment cuisine amid ’60s decor at Flower Child at the Bluffs. Top draws include the green chile queso appetizer with chickpea chorizo, white cheddar and chips, and the Glow Bowl with sweet-potato noodle, snap pea and sunflower sauce. All of it is fully customizable. “Everything that somebody eats here,” says regional manager Kyle Charest, “somebody’s put love into it.”
